Appointments
All Services are by appointment only. Please call, text, email or book online. If you do not see a time that works for you, please don’t hesitate to call and I will try to find something available.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled appointment time and have a seat in the spa waiting room. Your treatment will be rescheduled or shortened if you arrive 10 or more minutes late.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your treatment, please give at least 24- hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 charge.
Missing a scheduled appointment or no showing will result in a $50.00 charge. This must be paid before your appointment can be rescheduled.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. All major credit cards and cash are acceptable.
Gift Certificates
There are no refunds on gift certificates and must be used with in 1 year of purchase date. No cash value
Packages
Treatment series packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared or split. If you wish to discontinue the scheduled treatment, your remaining balance may be used toward a different service.
Returns
Products are only edible for refund in case of allergic reaction. Photo of the reaction must be taken and submitted via email. Unopened products must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase date.
